Yes, all our stores will remain open for business to meet the essential needs of our local communities. We are open from 11 am to 6 pm, Monday through Saturday and Sunday from 12 pm to 5 pm until further notice. Updated information will always be available on our website.

Why are your stores open while there is a 'stay at home' order in effect?
Appliances are necessary and essential items during normal times and are especially important with the 'stay at home' order and self-quarantining that is necessary to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are staying open to ensure our communities have what they need to stay home and protect the public – especially items like refrigeration, cooking appliances, washers, and dryers.
What are your stores doing to safeguard customers & employees from the Coronavirus (COVID-19)?
We are taking every precaution to clean and disinfect our stores throughout the day above and beyond the normal cleaning process, as well as ensuring our customers and employees can maintain a safe social distance. We are giving extra cleaning attention to high-traffic areas, as well as high-use objects in our stores such as appliances handles, doors, counters, handrails, keyboards, touchscreens, and more.
What are you doing to keep unhealthy staff away from customers?
We are allowing our associates time off for any health issues, without risking their jobs. No associates who are feeling ill or have family members experiencing symptoms will be allowed to work.
Do you have appliances in stock?
Our inventory of appliances changes daily due to the extremely high demand. Manufacturers across the country have limited availability due to the public health emergency, but you still have access to the most in-stock appliances available in Central Illinois. I need to purchase an appliance, but I do not want to visit the local store, how can I complete a purchase?

What are your delivery and installation teams doing to protect customers from the spread of Coronavirus (COVID 19)? I am, or my family member is, part of the high-risk population.
Every in-home team has been provided disinfectant spray to implement wipe-down procedures before and after every stop- including your new product, our truck door handles and latches, appliance dollies, and hand tools. In-home teams have also been trained to use hand sanitizer or wear disposable gloves at every stop.
